Pre-k and kindergarten online registration began the week of March 14th. If you are planning to have your child attend East Prairie School's Preschool program or Kindergarten program, we ask that you please fill out the linked registration documents on the school's website.

Please download, complete, and submit the forms to
[email protected] along with a copy of your student’s birth certificate and a copy of the parent or guardian’s ID (driver’s license, state ID, passport, or other acceptable form of identification).
In-person registration can be scheduled any time for families needing assistance to complete the process. Please reach out to

Mrs. Mueller in the Main Office (847-673-1141) to schedule an appointment or if you have any questions.
